Private Early Access / Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

This notice explains how Bivious handles the information you send through the Private Early Access form.

OpenVPN Profile Converter

The OpenVPN Profile Converter runs entirely in your browser. Bivious does not receive or store the profile contents, filenames, certificates, private keys, or extracted values. The converter collects no usage analytics. Your selected files and generated result remain in browser memory until you clear them or close the page; downloading saves a copy to your device.

What we collect

We collect your work email, and—if you choose to provide them—your name and a description of your use case. We also collect the zero-trust provider and VPN protocol selections you submit.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate whether the current Bivious MVP fits your environment, contact you about Early Access, and understand which providers, protocols, and use cases should be prioritized next. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in access-controlled Cloudflare infrastructure. Only authorized Bivious operators can retrieve applicant details. The public website does not provide a read endpoint for submissions. Turnstile verification tokens and request IP addresses are not stored with your submission.

How long we keep it

Rejected or inactive submissions are deleted within 12 months of the last review or interaction. If you participate in Early Access, we retain the information while you are actively involved and apply the same 12-month deletion window after that involvement ends.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your Early Access information by emailing privacy@bivious.net. We may need to verify that the request comes from the email address associated with the submission.
